We officially adopted Mollie, a Border Collie, from Mostly Mutts in December 2017.We had seen her under the supervision of Cheryl in the summer and walked her on the Mostly Mutts property a couple of times. We fell in love with her and brought her home.

At the age of 5 ½, she knew no commands, did not walk on a leash very well, and did not know how to fetch or play with any toys. Through the help of Southpaw Dog Training, we taught her all these things. She now can play ball and Frisbee and knows quite a few words and commands. Her favorite being “squirrel,” which keeps her occupied in the backyard. She is loved by everyone in the neighborhood, although we still have some issues of aggression around other dogs. She has never attacked another dog, but rushes and barks at them. But if on leash she is totally controllable. She is able to be in the backyard without a leash as long as she is supervised.

Mollie is a wonderful dog and a very happy dog. We thank Mostly Mutts for rescuing her and giving us the chance to give her a fun and loving home.
