Bio:

ZoeyD is a sweet young lady. She is deaf, but knows signs for sit and stay. She is okay with other dogs once she gets acclimated, and likes to play. ZoeyD walks well on on a leash and is housebroken. She does have an issue with having her head touched which is helpful to know when meeting her. ZoeyD was sponsored by Gloria Leschinskie “In Memory of Walt & Trixie”. ZoeyD crossed the Rainbow Bridge on November 11, 2024.

FINDING FUREVER HOMES

All of the information about the dogs is current. The website is updated weekly with new information and with new dogs when they become available for adoption. There are additional dogs at the shelter that are not on the website yet because they still need to be spayed/neutered and receive their vaccinations. All of the Mutts’ ages are current as of January 2025 unless otherwise specified in their description.

If you are looking for a specific kind of dog that isn’t shown, please call Cheryl at 570-988 -6483. She gets many phone calls a day about dogs that need homes, so we may be able to help you find the dog you’re looking for. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please read our Adoption Process on the Forms page, then fill out the Adoption Application. Any of these dogs may also be sponsored. A Little extra TlC

Some of our canine residents have sadly lived all or most of their lives at Mostly Mutts. They may be older or have special needs, and are loved by the volunteers, but they still deserve a chance at a loving forever family. Please consider adopting or sponsoring one of these deserving dogs. Your sponsorship helps keep our older and special needs dogs healthy and comfortable.
