Bio:

Buddy Watson is showing his age but still enjoys car rides and going for walks. He is housebroken. Buddy Watson and Kendall lived together and were a bonded pair. We preferred they be adopted together but unfortunately Kendall passed away on 7/29/24. Buddy Watson would probably get along with other dogs since he was used to living with Kendall. However since Kendall has passed, he seems to be enjoying not having a constant sidekick. Buddy Watson does not care for cats. Buddy Watson is sponsored by Debbie and Don Yavorek “In Memory of Joyce Withrow”.

Due to unforeseen circumstances they were returned to the shelter together after being adopted and in a home for years. Buddy Watson passed away on 3/9/2026.

FINDING FUREVER HOMES

All of the information about the dogs is current. The website is updated weekly with new information and with new dogs when they become available for adoption. There are additional dogs at the shelter that are not on the website yet because they still need to be spayed/neutered and receive their vaccinations. All of the Mutts’ ages are current as of January 2025 unless otherwise specified in their description.

If you are looking for a specific kind of dog that isn’t shown, please call Cheryl at 570-988 -6483. She gets many phone calls a day about dogs that need homes, so we may be able to help you find the dog you’re looking for. A Little extra TlC

Some of our canine residents have sadly lived all or most of their lives at Mostly Mutts. They may be older or have special needs, and are loved by the volunteers, but they still deserve a chance at a loving forever family. Please consider adopting or sponsoring one of these deserving dogs. Your sponsorship helps keep our older and special needs dogs healthy and comfortable.
