Our Mission
“Mostly Mutts, Inc.” is a volunteer,
non-profit organization whose mission is to:
1. Rescue, provide sanctuary and
re-home abandoned, stray, abused
and neglected dogs.
2. Educate the public on the welfare,
care and rights of animals.
Our History
Mostly Mutts no-kill shelter has been in existence since 2000. The owner of the shelter is Cheryl Hill. She began the shelter with only a few dogs. The shelter now has approximately 40 dogs and all animals are housed on the property. Proper care of the dogs is achieved through the hard work of Cheryl and many volunteers.
The dogs are provided with the necessary medical attention to ensure good health before adoption. All dogs are spayed or neutered and have up-to-date vaccination and flea, tick, and heartworm preventative medicines.
Mostly Mutts Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization; therefore, donations are tax deductible.
